New Macedonian Vice PM Angjushev weights 28 million Euros

Ten ministers from the Government Cabinet have only a few more hours to submit asset declarations to the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption because they did not fulfill the legal obligation yesterday, which stipulates that they will do so within 30 days after the appointment, Makfax learns.


The first financier, Dragan Tevdovski, Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki, Deputy Prime Ministers Koco Angjushev and Hazbi Lika, as well as Culture Minister Robert Alagjozovski, are among the names for which anti-corruption officials have not received data on property status until yesterday.

The State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption informs that the property list was submitted by the Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, and the ministers did so:

Bujar Osmani - Deputy Prime Minister in charge of European Affairs, Renata Desskoska - Minister of Education and Science, Minister of Justice, Minister of Defense, Zorica Apostolska - Minister without Portfolio, Oliver Spasovski, Robert Popovski, Goran Sugareski, Edmond Ademi, Damjan Mancevski, Kreshnik Bekteshi - Minister of Economy, Sadula Duraki - Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Minister of Agriculture, Water Economy and Forestry, Ramis Merko and Arben Taravari.

Deputy Ministers, deputy minister of education and science, Shiret Elezi - deputy finance minister Visar Ganiu, submitted the questionnaire, Makfax reported.

Vice Premier for Economic Affairs, businessman Koco Angjushev, announced on the last day of the commitment that he will submit the poll sheet to anti-corruption, according to which weighs a total of 27m euros.

Minister of Education Renata Deskovska prefers jewelery, owns a worth of 9700 euros, and Minister of Administration Mancevski has construction land in Cucer Sandevo.

A total of 25 ministers, their deputies and the prime minister are due to submit a poll sheet today to the anti-corruption commission. The penalties for non-reporting are monetary and amount to 500 to 1000 euros, TV Nova reported.
