Vardar players yesterday defeated Sileks 3: 1 in the first match of the first Macedonian football league.
The scorers of the goals for the champion were Grncharov, Barsegyan and Gligorov. Exactly Gligorov had many motives for this match, given that this was his 200th official appearance in the Vardar jersey. The goal for Sileks was scored by Djordjevic.
For the Vardar the duel with guests from Kratovo was the last test before the debut in the Europa League with Zenit on September 14 in Skopje.
