With 2 mandates more than the others, VMRO-DPMNE has emerged as the winner of the early parliamentary elections in Macedonia. After a delay of almost a day, the State Election Commission came out with the initial official results, according to which VMRO-DPMNE has attained 51 mandates, while SDSM - 49.
Basically, the SEC just confirmed its website data - showing the parties' vote count.
So in line with the data, VMRO-DPMNE won 453,490 votes, SDSM - 436,604 votes.
According to SEC, DUI attained 10 mandates, BESA-5, the Alliance for Albanians-3, and DPA-2.
