Macedonia's women will again face Germany in Eurobasket 2023 qualifier

The Macedonian women's senior team plays in the upcoming qualification for the final round - the Eurobasket 2023 - in group "A".

The draw in Munich decided that our women had to compete against the national teams from Belgium, Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In terms of the number of registered teams, the competition, i.e. the qualification for the next Women's European Championship in 2023, will be held in ten qualification groups.

Eight of these consist of four participants each and two with three participants each. The two countries that host the European Championship, Slovenia and Israel, will also be included in the qualification.

According to the competition system, the first in the group in the qualification phase, as well as the four best in second place, secure participation in the final round.

If the two hosts who are seeded for the final round are represented in these 14 selections, the next with the best number of points from the second-placed will receive the final round ticket.
