Thirteen Macedonian companies take part September 11-14 at “World Food 2017” in Moscow, the largest food fair in Southeast Europe.
The presentation is organized by the Macedonian-Russian chamber of commerce, supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and water Economy.
The fair, which brings together the largest food exporters in the Russian Federation, includes debates, promotions and presentations, with over 70,000 visitors at the event in 2016.
World Food is an excellent opportunity for promotion of new products at the Russian market.
“The demand for Macedonian agriculture products at the Russian market is on the rise. The number of shipments and quantities at this large market have increased in the recent period. Other industries should follow the example of the agriculture sector, in order to reduce the trade deficit we have with the Russian Federation, which amounts to US$ 73,3 million in the first seven months of 2017”, says the Macedonian-Russian chamber of commerce.
Companies will also use the opportunity to meet with Russian partners and representatives of Russian chambers and state officials.
