The contract with low-cost airline Wizz Air expires in June and a new tender is to be announced soon, said Minister of Transport and Communications Goran Sugareski on Friday.
“We are currently working on the tender criteria and it will soon be announced. We are committed to introducing more flights to the Ohridbased airport,” said Sugareski.
According to him, there are plans to improve the subsidizing model for low-cost airlines.
