US-based distributor of motor fuels Gulf Oil has opened its first filling station in Macedonia, in the capital Skopje, local media reported.
The company plans to open a total of 25 filling stations in the country, Macedonian news agency MIA reported on Wednesday, without saying what the planned amount and timeframe of the investment will be.
Gulf Oil has entered the Macedonian market through a partnership with local firm Super Trade.
In Southeast Europe, Gulf Oil is also present in Croatia and Albania.
