According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 222 building permits were issued in September 2017, which was 25.3% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3.575.789 thousand denars, which was 29.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 141 (63.5%) are for buildings, 18 (8.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 63 (28.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 222 structures, for 162 (73.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 60 (27.0%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 665 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 55.192 m².
